Come for a couple of nights, or spend a week or two and enjoy this comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern 1,960 sq. ft. beach house with old style beach charm. Located on the beach road in Kitty Hawk at mile post 3.5. Convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Enjoy the newly installed private in-ground pool, and relaxing hot tub. Our truly pet friendly vacation home has a completely fenced in back yard.
The main entrance is located on the second level–here you'll find the main living area with beautiful ocean views and direct access to the ocean-facing shaded deck. The living room features a 42-inch flat-screen television, DVD player and VCR. The over-sized deck has plenty of seating. From the dining area you will also enjoy great ocean views along with direct access to the ocean-facing deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space for all your goodies along with a double sink, electric range, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. On the upper level are two queen bedrooms, the master has its own bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to the sundeck. There is a full bath on this level as well.
On the ground level of Summer Breeze is the second living area. The seating area features a 42-inch flat-screen television and a sleeper sofa. For outdoor or late-night entertaining the ground floor offers a convenient kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. On this level is another master bedroom featuring a queen bed and bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has a duo-bunk–just perfect for the kids! Summer Breeze has two complete laundry areas, ceiling fans in the main spaces to keep the air moving whether you choose to use the central air conditioning/heating or not.
