We take reservations year round. If you prefer to book directly with us, contact us by phone or email today! We offer alternate payment options (check, PayPal, Venmo, installment plans) than our booking pages on VRBO, AirBnB, or Trip Advisor.
Please note: You must be at least 26 years old to rent our cottage. Minimum stay requirement varies based on season. 7-night minimum stays are Saturday-only check-ins. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Guests will need to provide their own linens, bath towels and paper products. Please be prepared with these upon arrival. Cottage provides blankets and pillows. One portable crib and high chair is available. Additional info below.

Cancellation Policy
60+ days of check-in date: full refund
59 -30 days of check-in date: 50% refund, unless we can re-rent for same time frame, then full refund.
29-0 days of check-in date: no refund, unless we can re-rent, then of course full refund.
Covid-19: if access to property is denied due to the bridge being closed then we are obligated under N.C. real estate law to fully refund your deposit/payment.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please remove all trash and food from home. Any dishes left in dishwasher should be left clean, stove and counters should be wiped clean.

Please leave bedrooms just as you found them, house keeping DOES NOT include making beds unless you purchase linen rental service.

Please try to minimize sand in the home, bath tub/ shower and hot tub. Outside shower and hose are provided for cleaning off before entry to home.
